All Things Woof opened in December of 2008 in Roselle on East Main Street. The store may be new to the pet industry, but owner Kathy Wolff is not.
“I’ve been in the pet industry since 1992,” Wolff said. “I started working for a pet distributor, then did pharmaceuticals, and eventually went to grooming school and started showing my dogs.”

Pet Pals was established in 2006 after the store’s owner, Holly Rodgers, became interested in the natural pet market. “I got sick,” she commented. “I started looking at my own diet, which led me to examine my pets’ diets as well.” After changing their diets, she really saw a difference in her dogs’ overall health. Shelley Becker became interested in dogs while working with Indiana St. Bernard Rescue. When her own dog became ill, she read an article on the ingredients in dog food. “That article changed my life”, she says.
