Earth Heart™ Aromatherapy is pleased to announce the donation of products for silent auction at the Greater Chicago Cavalier Rescue’s 5 Year Anniversary Celebration. The celebration will be held on Sunday, September 12 from noon to 4 p.m. at The Sportsplex, 1400 Foundry Street in St. Charles, Illinois.
 The organization is celebrating the adoption of over 150 Cavalier’s in the past 5 years. Because GCCR sometimes takes dogs with medical needs, the fundraiser will help support the cost of rehabilitating the dogs, and getting them ready for their new homes.

Paige Ormond of Doggy Style entered the pet industry upon deciding it was where she really belonged. “I am a recovering lawyer,” Ormond admits, “I moved from the legal world into the pet industry because I really wanted to work in something I felt passionate about.  I’ve always been involved with animals – volunteering for shelters, etc. It just seemed like a natural transition for me.”

Natalino’s Italian Restaurant, located in Chicago’s West Town area, is well-known for homemade traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist, such as gluten-free pasta dishes.

Liz Varela originally entered the pet industry as an aviculturist, one who raises birds. She did this for twenty years before realizing that her area lacked a place to buy quality pet supplies and opening her own shop.
