  • Because they are undiluted pure essential oils, always dilute before use, which includes dilution in the air when diffused. Follow diffuser manufacturer’s directions. Use in well-ventilated area for as little as 15-minutes daily, no longer than 2 hours. Take at least 1 to 2 hours to refresh the air after diffusing.

  • Yes. All our products are safe for canine, equine and human use after 10 weeks of age.

  • Earth Heart products are safe to use with the entire family. Customers have shared positive effects for themselves when using products with their dogs and horses.

  • Many cats react negatively to certain essential oils. While experts are not in agreement regarding safety issues with cats, it is generally believed that very limited exposure to quality pure essential oils diffused in a well-ventilated area is a better option than using synthetic or adulterated fragrances.  Be sure the cats have an easy exit from the room using a diffuser.

  • NEVER spray, roll or diffuse directly into the dog’s face, yes, ears, nose or mouth. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do not use essential oils with birds, fish, reptiles or small mammal and rodent habitats.

  • Earth Heart sources ingredients from distributors who have personal relationships with growers and distillers who responsibly harvest plants.

  • They are pure essential oils, not fragrance oils. There is no regulatory agency that grades essential oils: labels indicating therapeutic-grade, pharmaceutical-grade or medical-grade is merely a marketing ploy.
